MB bond

The MB (Metal Brazed) bond consists of several components that are called solder. Solder is an alloy which, when fused and passed through an oven, allows the crimping of diamonds. The diamond grains are thus hooked into the solder and will not move.

We bring our expertise in the positioning of diamond grains, to control the removal of material from the product.

Examples of use :

  • Carbon fiber part contouring

Grinding wheel

As a forerunner in the market, we have developed bonded monolayer brazed wheels (MB) with positioned diamond grains, representing real innovation for our customers. An excellent solution for cutting and finishing bi-material parts, machining composite parts as well as for large removal of material. High yields are acheived in particular for polycarbonate material.
